Annual Grant Applications for 2019

The Lincoln Community Foundation’s annual grant application period is open in September 2018 for grant funds available for use in the 2019 calendar year! The LCF annual grant application form will be available on our website, or at the Lincoln City Hall 1st Floor City Manager’s Office, by September 1. Completed applications must be received at the City Manager’s Office by 5 pm on Friday, September 28, 2018.

If you are a local non-profit group that needs funds for a specific use, please see the application form for details and requirements. The chosen grant recipients benefit people in our community within the boundaries of the Western Placer Unified School District. Grant application submittals are carefully reviewed by the LCF Board of Directors.

Besides the annual grant application program, mini grant applications are accepted throughout the year as long as funds are available.
